What is the use of MC nylon

Cast nylon is one of the most widely used engineering plastics, especially in the mechanical aspect as a wear-resistant and wear-reducing material to replace nonferrous metals such as copper and alloys. A 400-kilogram cast nylon product has a practical volume equivalent to 2.7 tons of steel or 3 tons of bronze. The wear-resistant parts of cast nylon are used to replace the original copper parts, which not only improves the mechanical efficiency, reduces the smooth maintenance, but also extends the usual service life by two or three times. Therefore, the cost quotation of cast nylon materials is low, and the quotation is several times cheaper than nonferrous metals. The main products are: plastic gaskets, nylon tubes, nylon gaskets, nylon rods, nylon gears, nylon conveyor rollers, nylon pulleys, etc.

In terms of production, it can be cast from 0.2 to hundreds of kilograms. Because of the high cost of injection molding equipment and molds, the use of cast nylon is a new engineering plastic developed this year. It has more advantages than conventional polyamide (nylon):

1) High mechanical strength, high resistance, good wear resistance, high melting point, mud oil, corrosion resistance and water resistance.

2) The scale stability is good, with the characteristics of self-smoothness, and the size scale is not limited.

3) The cost is low, the life span is long, the cost is only 50%-70% of the non-ferrous metal, and the life span is usually 2-3 times longer than that of the metal.

MC nylon has a wide range of specific applications, such as turbines, gears, screw rods and sliding guide plates on ordinary machines. On heavy machinery such as shaft sleeves on mining machines, crushers, connecting rods, shaft sleeves, shafts on chemical machinery, etc., impellers on hydraulic machinery. Water spreaders on cooling towers, piston rods on transportation vehicles, bee washers on pressure machinery, fuel tanks, sealing rings, and instruments in the instrument industry, preventing machinery from getting into tanks, etc. Regardless of whether it is used as a transmission part, a force part, a friction reducing part, a pressure part, a decoration part or an operation part, it is praised by an operator.
